The 65,825+ signatures and addresses represented on this website were collected by VoteOnMarriage.org and its volunteers as part of the Initiative Petition Process, Article 48 of the Massachusetts Constitution and are connected with Petition # 05-02 (The Constitutional Amendment to Define Marriage). The names listed on our website were submitted to Secretary of the Commonwealth, William Galvin and have been verified by the Commonwealth as the legitimate and legal signatures of registered Massachusetts voters. They are part of the public record and available to anyone. KnowThyNeighbor.org, its creators, its volunteers, its website designers, and its server company are not responsible or liable for the correctness of the list's content including correct spelling, correct or current corresponding addresses, or authenticity.
